He is currently holding the post of conductor and music director of the Gwinnett Ballet Theatre. He is also the founder and artistic director of the acclaimed period instrument orchestra, choir and ensemble New Trinity Baroque.


The Orchestra of the Gwinnett Ballet Theatre

Predrag Gosta has received three Master of Music degrees, including the Master of Music degree in Orchestral Conducting. He has been also trained as a violinist (for over 10 years), and has as such played in numerous orchestras in the course of his career. Currently he is also very active as a keyboard player. Because of his training as an instrumentalist and orchestra musician, he understands how the mind of an orchestral players works and how the instruments function, which enables him to adapt his conducting technique to the players of the different groups of instruments. This method has been one of the reasons for success of his orchestral performances.

The 2006/07 season's orchestral conducting engegements include:

  • Mozart's 250th Anniversary Gala, featuring Salzburg Symphonies and Serenades for Strings
  • "The Nutcracker" with the Gwinnett Ballet Theatre
  • Concerts with the Moscow Symphony and St. Petersburg Symphony orchestras
  • Cantatas and Concertos by Johann Sebastian Bach (also with choir)
  • Touring in Russia, Serbia, Montenegro, Croatia, England and the USA
